t-bac is a Melbourne-based design studio, established by Troy Backhouse. Working across disciplines each design is an exploration of materials, forms, and concepts that challenge the expected. Specializing in furniture, lighting, and products, the studio develops each piece in close collaboration with manufacturers and clients, ensuring designs are both conceptually strong and meticulously crafted. All designs originate from the Fitzroy studio, as a fusion of tradition and innovation, reflecting a hands-on, detail driven approach.

aspire
